North Pointe Care Center is a very good place. Staff are awesome and very approachable.

This facility is one of the best !The staff are great they show so.much love to there patients being it from Cnas,Nurses ,Physical therapy all i can tell you they are the best the way they work hand in hand together to make sure the patients feel.loved it is amazing .I have never seen good team work like that ever.It has a beautiful surrounding that your relative will enjoy and is also a place that your love one will feel safe. You can’t beat that. This is one of the facility that gives the best care for there patients,it another place your love one can call home! without stressing, and worrying cuz they are in safe hands. Northpointe care center have the greatest CNA i have ever encounter, they provide 5 star patient care. They know how to deal with very challenging residents. Highly recommend this facility their whole interdiciplinary team go above and beyod to ensure patient care are top priority.

My husband’s care givers , Clyde, Cindy, Solomon and Tyler are the best . The administrations system works I wish the facility was larger but it doesn’t really matter because the older workers are so good at providing care for my husband

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My brother moved to North Pointe Care Center. For one thing, we went down there. He’d been there for a week. He hasn’t shaved. They had the wrong clothes on him, and the wrong shoes. He had no socks on, no underwear on, and he had poop in his pants. It’s like they weren’t taking care of him like they should have. There were a lot of people there, and they were just kind of roaming around, just like lost. I didn’t like it. He was in a private room. The upkeep is good on it, but there were a few rooms that I had walked by that smelled like urine. But other than that, the rest of the place was fairly clean. They were having some kind of party down there for Father’s Day, and they told us he was in a room where everybody was celebrating. We went into the room, and everybody was sitting at the table and nothing was happening. They were celebrating nothing. I didn’t taste the food or anything. They didn’t have any food out. They didn’t have enough staff. Some of the staff were nice and some of them weren’t nice. They didn’t have any programs for anybody that I can see.

North Pointe is a great place that I had a great experience with. Most of the staff showed a genuine interest in helping whenever there was a need brought to them. There’s a different feeling to their rehab team that provide service too! I enjoyed the support they gave 110%
