The staff is awesome. Everyone who I came in contact with, treated my father with care, compassion, respect and honesty. He is not always the easiest person to deal with. A Big Thank You to Everyone.

My husband’s care givers , Clyde, Cindy, Solomon and Tyler are the best . The administrations system works I wish the facility was larger but it doesn’t really matter because the older workers are so good at providing care for my husband

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My brother moved to North Pointe Care Center. For one thing, we went down there. He’d been there for a week. He hasn’t shaved. They had the wrong clothes on him, and the wrong shoes. He had no socks on, no underwear on, and he had poop in his pants. It’s like they weren’t taking care of him like they should have. There were a lot of people there, and they were just kind of roaming around, just like lost. I didn’t like it. He was in a private room. The upkeep is good on it, but there were a few rooms that I had walked by that smelled like urine. But other than that, the rest of the place was fairly clean. They were having some kind of party down there for Father’s Day, and they told us he was in a room where everybody was celebrating. We went into the room, and everybody was sitting at the table and nothing was happening. They were celebrating nothing. I didn’t taste the food or anything. They didn’t have any food out. They didn’t have enough staff. Some of the staff were nice and some of them weren’t nice. They didn’t have any programs for anybody that I can see.

North Pointe is a great place that I had a great experience with. Most of the staff showed a genuine interest in helping whenever there was a need brought to them. There’s a different feeling to their rehab team that provide service too! I enjoyed the support they gave 110%

Do not judge a book by its cover. Yes the building is old and very depressing but the Staff and Administration are the very best I have witnessed. My father has been in numerous skilled nursing facilities and the entire staff has been superior to all of them.if you prefer care over appearance, this is the place for your loved ones.

A doctor told our family if this “care home” had gotten my grandfather to the hospital in time he would still be alive today. Absolutely unacceptable how they called my aunt to tell her he wasn’t breathing well before they called 911. On top of that lost his belongings that were supposed to be locked up. If you want to send your loved one here for “care” go right ahead at your own risk.

My sister has been there for at least 2 years ,i can say the staff has always been nice everytime i go visit but the care that my suster needs is not being meet ,she needs to see a dentist mind you with this pademic i understand that things changed but they could of at least helped her brush her teeth they are yellow she look like she had been bleeding from her mouth , just nasty , i have talked with serval people that had their parents there and had them removed because of the care they weren’t getting , im aware there busy but if thats to much for the staff to handle then they need to hire more people , its sad because i pay them good money to care for my sister ..

It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Everyone I spoke with were pleasant and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was how small the rooms were, it wasn’t a very good place to visit due to the lack of space.

The staff is very caring and professional. Whenever they make any changes to my mother’s care, they always call me. My mom is getting top-notch care and attention.

I would bring family here before the others they treated my wife well

North Pointe is Clean #1 The residents are socially viable amongst one another, with the staff and faculty as well. The nurses are concerned and care.

We came to visit our wonderful friend that’s here and have come couple times , staff are very friendly and helpful, the place is well-kept Definitely need some updates that’s why I put 4 stars but I also understand the circumstances.
