Our activities program offers musical performances, current events updates, newspaper reading, singing exercises, fitness and stretching, entertainment, games, trivia, history discussions, gardening, and field trips or outings. A gentle daily structure helps residents stay active and connected with their community.

Dining services are an important part of daily life at North Pointe Care Center. Our team supports residents’ nutritional needs through individualized care plans to meet specific dietary and therapeutic needs. We even provide oral supplemental diets and regular nutritional assessments from registered dietitians to ensure each resident gets the nutritional care they need.
Social Services
Our social services team assists residents and families during the transitional periods that can accompany illness, hospitalization, rehabilitation, and discharge. Our team provides essential information, manages requests and concerns, and helps residents and families participate in care planning and discharge planning.
Resident Advocacy
Our social services team helps residents communicate their needs, understand available resources, and participate in care planning.
Legal Assistance
Our team can provide support with practical needs, including assistance related to establishing a Power of Attorney.
Mental Health Services
Psychosocial and psychiatric evaluations and individual therapy are available based on residents’ individual needs.

Our team can help arrange dental, vision, podiatry, audiology, dementia assessments, transportation, and other professional services.
